Data needs context.
Throughout my career I have always found myself at the intersection of geography and health equity. I am fascinated by the way geography shapes our experiences, and the way our experiences can shape our environment.
Data is used everywhere in our lives. But what makes data valuable and meaningful? Context; about the community members being surveyed, the lived experience of community members. My mission is to help people feel more connected to the data about where the live, work, and play, to develop more sustainable and resilient communities.
I have a Master’s in Public Health and have worked in local public health as well as SaaS and product development. My portfolio includes qualitative, quantitative and spatial analysis projects all supporting improving community well being and data driven decision making.
I’m excited to learn about more about your community, hear your stories of resilience, and support you to make meaning with data.
